NILUS

Sergei Alexandrovich Nilus, il mistico responsabile della prima stampa russa "integrale" dei Protocolli - come capitolo XII (l'ultimo) dell'edizione del 1905 del suo libro sulla venuta dell'Anticristo (Il Grande dentro il Piccolo e l'Anticristo come imminente possibilità politica(1)) -, venne imprigionato e torturato dalla Cheka nel 1924 e nel 1927, morendo due anni dopo(2). Quanto alla moglie Yelena, fu arrestata nelle purghe del 1937 e subì la deportazione nella penisola di Kola, dove scomparve l'anno seguente annichilita dalla fame e dal freddo(3). Nilus aveva individuato in modo cristallino quelli che nel suo linguaggio escatologico rappresentavano gli agenti attivi dell'"Anticristo": i kosherbolscevichi avvelenatori e divoratori della Russia. Una volta al potere, non si sarebbero dimenticati di lui.

But before it could be put on the market, the revolution of March 1917 had taken place, and Kerensky, who had succeeded to power, ordered the whole edition of Nilus’s book to be destroyed.
